This are some answers that I collected when my collegous ask me “Hi med, do you know how to trace deleted Sales Order?”,
I found it in http://search.ittoolbox.com/, this site is very helpfull for us.

“I don’t think you can because the order is deleted off the database.
However, what we tend to do is reject orders rather then delete, this way
you still have traceability to the rejected order”.

“It is VL22. There you can see who deleted it.”

“Once if you delete order or a DN the same cant be found in VB* tables, but if you wanted to find the doc changes simple way to do is.. for Ex if you careted a SO no 100 and 101, supose if you deleted SO100, then goto va02 for 101 and then goto
environment changes and give SO 100 there and F8, it will show the chagnes
here. Its really useful. Even you can find the chagnes in CDHDR/SOS tables.”

“You can view the changes of a deleted delivery with transaction VL22,
but you do need to know the delivery number”
